TARA STANFORDOperations Manager | 1:1 and Classes In her role as Operations Manager Tara oversees the running of the Bio Fit facility, including all Member administration. Tara came into the fitness industry wanting to inspire others to invest in their health and fitness, making it a priority as she has done. Tara has a particular interest in pre and post-natal fitness so if you have had a baby or are thinking about having a baby Tara is the coach for you! In her words: Having been on my own fitness journey for many years and as a mum of three myself, I know what it takes to achieve both physique and performance goals while juggling life. With that I want to be able to do the same thing for others and hold space for people to take that power back. To find their self-worth again, to take control and make that time purely for themselves. To support and educate them in both health and fitness and get their body moving effectively and efficiently in their day to day lives not just in a gym setting. QUALIFICATIONS:

JAMES WOOD1:1 and Classes
Woodsy is a dad of 4, so he knows a thing or two about juggling fitness and "life". After years of being passionate about his own health and fitness Woodsy has decided to make his passion a career. As well as 1:1 training Woodsy sees many sporting clubs for pre and mid season training sessions having been an avid AFL player for many years. In his words: Health and fitness has been a long-time passion of mine and I’ve spent many years reading and researching it as a hobby whilst training myself and playing sports and meeting other successful trainers around Adelaide. My aim is to gain further qualifications in the Strength and Conditioning space in order to give my clients access to the best training possible. I hope to create strong relationships with the people I work with and help them reach their goals, live long healthy lives and have fun along the way! QUALIFICATIONS:

JOANNE FLESFADAR

Jo started her career in fitness over 20 years ago, she has a personal interest in weight lifting and competes at a national level in this discipline. As well as general strength and conditioning, Jo has a focus on mobility and flexibility. In her words: It’s our daily habits, both good and bad, that impact the way we move. How good is your range of movement when you squat or deadlift, and how mobile are you? If your mobility sucks, lets dig a bit deeper and work out how to get you moving better. Poor movement patterns over time can lead to muscle imbalances or worse still, lead to injury. To really reap the benefits of exercise, you need to own the movement. Own the movement to progress your workouts and achieve better results - your body will love you for it. QUALIFICATIONS:

REESE CAIRNS1:1 and Classes
Reese, like many coaches joined the industry having been passionate about his own training and wanting to share that knowledge with clients. Reese has a keen eye for integrating mobility practice to enhance training outcomes using traditional strength training, functional movements, gymnastics, weightlifting as well as injury management. In his words: For 15 years I've been pursuing health and fitness goals. This has led me down many different paths - Aesthetics, Cross-Fitting, weightlifting and even PGFT group training (where Bio Fit started). It took me 8 years and multiple injuries before I engaged with a personal trainer. The best solution to fixing and bullet-proofing my body lied within education of movement, mobility and a balanced training plan.
