Jo started her career in fitness over 20 years ago, she has a personal interest in weight lifting and competes in this discipline. As well as general strength and conditioning, Jo likes to focus on mobility and flexibility.
In her words: It’s our daily habits, both good and bad, that impact the way we move. How good is your range of movement when you squat or deadlift, and how mobile are you? If your mobility sucks, lets dig a bit deeper and work out how to get you moving better.
Poor movement patterns over time can lead to muscle imbalances or worse still, lead to injury.
To really reap the benefits of exercise, you need to own the movement. Own the movement to progress your workouts and achieve better results - your body will love you for it.
