  • Pilates and Recovery Classes; 3 Pilates and 2 Recovery per week

  • Recovery Room with Infrared Sauna, Normatec Compression Boots, Theragun Use; 1 Sauna or Normatec per week via app booking. ​
  • FREE Dial In Entry (3/Year); Usually $100 entry. Each Dial In includes 2 x Performance Tests and 2 x Body Composition Scans.
  • Kids Space; Child minding space. Available 9.30am Mon-Fri and 4.15pm Mon-Thur. Bookings required.  ​
