​With 17 years in the industry, a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, ASCA Level 2 and having coached 10,000+ sessions, Dave's true passion is to improve the health and fitness of as many people as possible; bringing Strength and Conditioning practices to the general population through Bio Fit's evolved approach to exercise.

​With a background in marketing and business, Emma brings Bio Fit's vision to life beyond the gym floor; she passionate about building genuine connections and fostering a welcoming community while growing their family business. 

David and Emma founded Bio Fit in 2019 with a simple vision: to create more than just a gym. The pair are proud of what they have built together and consider it a privledge to call Bio Fit "work". Bio Fit is 100% locally owned and operated, and is commited to helping members and the greater community thrive.
