eXERCISE EVOLVED
'Exercise Evolved' is our promise to our crew that we will continue to evolve what we do to be the best we can be. While we always program with proven strength and conditioning protocols, as a privately owned studio we can regularly adjust our programming to keep things fresh and fun.
We program in 'blocks' much like athlete programming. Each year we have 3 'Dial In Blocks' (similar to a challenge) in which we focus on specific outcomes. Between these blocks are our 'Freestyle Blocks' where we trial different training formats and have a bit of fun.
While the names might be the same, the daily Strength, Conditioning or Hybrid classes are uniquely programmed (it's not the same class each time) progressively working towards the goal/s of that training block.

DIAL in
We believe in the benefits of specific training cycles that we call ‘Dial Ins’ (otherwise known as challenges) geared towards increasing fitness, reducing body fat, increasing muscle mass and increasing performance metrics. What we don’t love (in the industry) is the potential negative effects of short intense training cycles that don’t help participants develop understandings of how to adapt the areas mentioned above consistently and sustainably.

With 14 years in the industry, a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, ASCA Level 2 and having coached 10,000+ sessions, Dave's true passion is to improve the health and fitness of as many people as possible; bringing Strength and Conditioning practices to the general population through Bio Fit's evolved approach to exercise. Dave together with General Manager (and wife) Emma, started Bio Fit in 2019. The two are passionate about health and fitness, but more so are passionate about how Bio Fit positively contributes to their local community. Bio Fit is 100% locally owned and operated. |
